I love love love making treats. Here's an easy how-to for some treats that make it look like you spent more than 10 minutes.
You will need:
6 cups of Rice Krispies
1 bag of Pink Strawberry Jet-Puffed marshmallows (normal works too, I just thought pink was cute for Vday)
3 tbsp butter or margarine
Decorative Silicone Mold
Decorative treats for the top (conversation hearts, M&Ms, sprinkles, etc etc..)
(I halved this recipe)
Start by melting the butter and marshmallows together in a heavy pan.
When melted add in rice krispies.
While still warm and moldable, transfer into the silicone mold, and press conversation hearts (or whatever you choose) into the center. Make sure to spray some non-stick in the tray.
Finish with remaining mixture, and arrange on a plate for your sweeties!
Seriously, this is so easy, and clean up was a breeze as well, and who doesn't like Rice Krispy Treats?!
